WELLNESS CHALLENGE: YOGA - CHECK IN #3

TGIF, seriously. It's felt like Friday since Wednesday for me, anyone else?

Anyway, my 21-day yoga challenge with Kat is coming to an end on Sunday the 25th!! It's crazy how quickly the last three weeks flew by. And I'm now trying to figure out what the hell I'm supposed to do next—seriously, this keeps me up at night. I currently have ClassPass + a Blink membership + one month at Sky Ting + 3 classes at Y7. I spend so much $$$ on fitness and I need to figure out a way to continue to stay active without spending my entire paycheck on all of the above. Any tips?? 

Friday - As mentioned in last week's check-in, I took yoga in the morning (at Sky Ting Tribeca) as my body was still sore from boxing a few days prior... and it was tough. 

Saturday - Ok so I did a thing last week when I was feeling super ambitious with my workouts and booked two classes back-to-back. I checked out the new Y7 Yoga studio in Tribeca at 9AM, then went straight to a boxing class at Church St. Boxing at 10:30AM. Hurts so good. 

Sunday - I went to Sky Ting again for a Restorative Yoga class with Kat. Wasn't a huge fan TBH as it's a lot of laying lol but it's not a bad way to unwind from the weekend.

Monday - Unplanned rest day -- Showed up to Sky Ting Tribeca for my scheduled 7AM class but alas, the building the yoga studio was closed this morning because it's President's Day. Sky Ting was nice enough to give everyone a free class credit since we all missed a class. 

Tuesday - Had 5am wake up call for a 3 mile run before heading to yoga. My least favorite part about this is the walk to the gym for my run, then leaving the gym to head to my yoga studio. It's 15-20 mins both ways and I always feel like I could be working out more if I didn't have to commute. Anyways, I felt great.

Wednesday - Ding, ding, ding! Made it to Sky Ting again this morning and am scheduled to check out Epic Hybrid Training tonight. It's a circuit style training class focused on (my non-existent) abs. 

Thursday - Rest day :) :) :)
